The close proximity from Oak St Apartments to the school [WSU] was what initially caught my attention. Bill [manager] helped me by showing me the studios and being informative during the application process. The conversations with Helena [Landlord] via email were also helpful! My favorite thing about living at my studio on Oak was my space! I loved the design, my new shower, new fridge and the quiet environment. It’s perfect for one independent person to live in and I had a lot of fun decorating it to fit my needs. If anything ever needed fixing Bill always took care of it right away. I loved it so much I recommended two of my friends to live there as well and they were happy tenants. I found the experience very easy-going and I would highly recommend Oak St Apartments.
